A well-known Canadian streamer and former professional Overwatch player by the name of xQc is Félix Lengyel.

In 2016, he began his experience in esports before moving on to conventional streaming.

Known for his Twitch activity, xQc was the platform’s most popular streamer for three straight years (2020–2022).

Notably, he signed a ground-breaking, $100 million, two-year non-exclusive streaming agreement with Kick in June 2023.

Through his dynamic career, xQc has gone from playing competitive video games to dominating the streaming industry, enthralling audiences with his compelling material and engaging demeanor.

XQC Disorder: Is The Twitch Streamer Sick?

Felix “xQc” Lengyel said on his broadcast that he has been having issues with sleep-related issues, including persistent problems getting to sleep and staying asleep.

He acknowledged that he had sought medical help for his sleep issues and was now awaiting the results of tests to determine the root causes.

During a Fall Guys gaming session, xQc revealed how he would frequently wake up during the night in what he called “rushes.”

He acknowledged that he was unsure of the origin of these events but underlined that they appeared to happen randomly.

Frequent overnight awakenings can be a sign of significant sleep problems including sleep apnea or insomnia, with age or weight being risk factors.

Even though xQc did not meet the traditional profile for sleep apnea, seeing a doctor was a wise move in addressing his sleep problems.

Even though sleep disorders are less common in younger people, lifestyle choices like nutrition and sleep routine might hasten their development.

In the instance of xQc, his prolonged streaming sessions and consumption of fast food and drink may be a factor in his sleep problems.

The timing of his admission—during a protracted 18-hour stream—highlights how rigorous his schedule is and possible lifestyle elements affecting the quality of his sleep.

It’s critical to recognize that sleep disturbances can appear in a variety of ways and can affect people of all ages.

Even though his symptoms might not exactly match established risk factors, consulting a doctor is necessary to properly identify and treat the underlying reasons of his sleep problems.

XQC Health Update 2023

As of August 2023, there are no serious illnesses affecting xQc’s health.

The renowned Twitch personality provided a Twitter update on his health back in October 2022, outlining his post-COVID-19 experience, which includes battling a “double ear infection.”

His face swelled on both sides, making him uncomfortable while talking, chewing, and even when he was lying down.

xQc previously disclosed on October 14 that he had tested positive for COVID-19 following his attendance at TwitchCon 2022 in San Diego.

His openness revealed his struggles, which included migraines and soreness in his muscles.

Despite these symptoms, xQc made fun of his “obliterated” status and stressed the value of receiving a third dosage of the vaccination to boost his immunity.

Unfortunately, his health struggles continued. Just eight days after his recovery from COVID, xQc suffered another health setback.

This time, infections in his ears caused facial swelling once more.

His streaming engagements were unavoidably harmed by these subsequent health issues, which worried his committed fan following.

Fans should take comfort in the fact that, as of August 2023, xQc has conquered these health obstacles and is currently in a stable condition.

His candor regarding his health struggles serves as a reminder of the difficulties public people encounter and emphasizes the significance of maintaining good health and receiving appropriate medical attention.
